Easy Moroccan Chicken (Serves 4)

  1. 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 cup of Mina® Pitted Green Olives
  4. ½ of a Mina® Preserved Lemon, finely chopped
  5. 1 jar of Mina® Classic Ginger Saffron Simmer Sauce

Directions: Arrange chicken, onion, olives and lemon in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Pour sauce to coat evenly. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 1 hour or until chicken is fully cooked.
