Mat Fraser is a Canadian-American CrossFit athlete and one of the most dominant figures in the sport's history. He claimed victory at the CrossFit Games five consecutive times, from 2016 to 2020, setting a new benchmark for athletic excellence. In addition to co-founding while on earth alongside industry veteran Todd Meleney and fellow CrossFit legend Brooke Wells, Mathew founded the HWPO (“Hard Work Pays Off”) training platform in 2021 to share his high-performance programming. He also co-founded Podium Nutrition as part of his efforts to support competitive athletes.

The award-winning former CMO of athletic footwear and apparel brand NOBULL, Todd was the company’s first employee and was with the company for more than 10 years prior to exiting in 2023. He oversaw marketing, content and revenue from pre-launch through to $200m+ in annual sales. Todd built a cult following for the brand in its early years through community building and highly anticipated product launches that were among the largest of their kind. Todd oversaw all partnerships including high profile athletes across the world of sports and established league deals with the NFL, PGA Tour, and CrossFit Games. Todd participated in a Google hyper-growth program, and Meta’s disruptors group and has deep understanding of customer acquisition and paid media.
