Matt Rollens is the Founder and CEO of Dragon Glassware, a Sacramento-based boutique and luxury glassware company offering a variety of modern and unique barware and drinkware for the home and kitchen.In 2016, Rollens received a glass tea bottle from Amazon that left him disappointed with its quality, so he decided to make a better one himself. Using unique and top of the line ingredients, Intoxicated Cosmetics was able to create completely custom formulas along with their US-based FDA regulated biochemical company. Rachel is also a licensed Esthetician in the state of Massachusetts.

Having spent time in the consumer products world at places like Johnson & Johnson, she saw the immense impact of plastic in personal care, and became empowered by the idea that she could help reinvigorate everyday routines with products that were equally effective, elevated, and eco-friendly. Julie has extensive experience in new business development and establishing new business units, commodity derivatives, managing risk, and treasury management. Over more than 10 years, Julie contributed to various areas of Bunge, having also served as Assistant Treasurer, head of Global Financial Services Group Business Development, Commodity Derivatives Trader, and Cross Asset Solutions Strategist. When she decided to step away from the COOC, she was elated to join Corto in furthering their education initiatives and sharing the exciting innovations that position them as a leader worldwide. A fashion industry vet, Rachel has worked in apparel for nearly years, first cutting her teeth at Authentic Brands Group in 2004. From there she worked her way through the industry— eventually becoming Oscar de la Renta’s Head of Product, after years of learning her craft at Ralph Lauren, The Row, and Ralph Rucci. The pandemic sparked a new entrepreneurial chapter for both Rachel and her team— the March 2020 launch of their non-profit ‘Garment District for Gowns,’ aimed to help under- served healthcare workers, led to the eventual formation of their company ‘Goldatech,’ which manufactures uniforms, medical, and surgical apparel for state agencies and the Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard). Rachel's team were the first awardees of Empire State Development's Covid Retooling Grant out of 40,000 applicants, and was awarded the 2021 NYS MWBE Innovation Award. A native resident of the Connecticut shoreline & a first-born daughter with a lifelong affinity for clothes, Hayley Segar is a beach-loving problem solver...who always hated swimwear. "I always loved fashion, but hated swimsuits. I knew there was something wrong with it, but coudn't put my finger on the exact issue. His work has been featured multiple times in The New York Times, The Daily Telegraph, Surface Magazine, I.D Magazine, Met Home, Monocle, and Living Etc.Matt is compelled to create product that balances business and imagination. Subtle details, an appreciation for imperfection, and the reinvention of traditional objects are distinguishing features of his designs. As VP of Design, Matt oversees a global design department headquartered in Toronto.

A long-time New Yorker now based in Bermuda and Paris, Kate Lessa is the creative behind the brand—responsible for Saint Holiday's design, images, and overall mood. A Philadelphia native and alumnus of Boston University, she started working as a stylist after graduation.  This work led to a fascination with design and a move to New York City.  After years of designing accessories for brands DVF, Vera Wang and J Crew, Kate teamed up with friend Vijay Paintal in 2018 and pivoted into resort wear. An avid traveler, she always shops for wearable souvenirs on her trips.  Exploring markets, hotel boutiques, and artisan shops for embroidered tops, crochet dresses, and beaded jewelry, she likes to find items that conjure memories of a specific place and time. Influenced by this hobby, the duo started making vacation-ready pieces at a small factory in New York City.  The first samples were inspired by a vintage tuxedo shirt bought in the South of France.  Barneys picked up the launch collection and many of these original designs are still core to the brand. 

Sea Bags was founded in 2006 on the principles of being green in product and practice, being made in Maine, and acting as good stewards to our community and state. Sea Bags has employed over 200 people, many of whom Beth mentored and have gone on to run their own companies. Today, Sea Bags has 50 stores, a robust online business, and hundreds of wholesale accounts including Life Is Good and Ralph Lauren - along with a newly-licensed NFL collection. As Sea Bags continues to grow, Beth remains focused on the core mission of the company: being sustainable in product and process, becoming a best-in-class employer, and keeping production local. Beth also serves on the boards for the Maine State Chamber of Commerce and serves as Board Chair for the Gulf of Maine Research Institute. Amy Batra received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University – graduating with honors. She has 20 years of experience in start-up companies and big pharma including companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Sanofi Aventis, Merz and Johnson & Johnson. Her core expertise includes aesthetics, dermatology, regenerative and functional medicine in roles ranging from sale professional to management. She successfully developed and launched new products and created a highly successful model for physician training under Continuing Medical Education (CME). Over the last 10 years, she has worked side-by-side with her husband and business partner, Sanjay Batra.

Bruce Riggs is the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Monday Motorbikes, Inc based in Signal Hill, CA. Bruce came to the electric vehicle industry by way of the consumer electronics and computer industry having served as the VP of Operations in Dell's Mobile Computing Group, SVP and General Manager of Quanta Computer operations in China and COO of the Smart Device Business Group with Compal Electronics in China. Dr. Will Bulsiewicz (or "Dr. B") is an award winning gastroenterologist, internationally recognized gut health expert and the New York Times, Publishers Weekly, USA Today, and Indie Bound-bestselling author of Fiber Fueled and The Fiber Fueled Cookbook. Lara Smith, economics major, cut her teeth at two of the biggest fashion houses in the world – Ralph Lauren and Gucci – and quickly worked her way up as a senior executive at some of Canada’s largest retailers. There, she traveled the globe to discover and create innovative apparel solutions that would make a difference in the lives of her women audience.  Waking up in service of women through problem solving apparel solutions goes back 15 years.  But it wasn’t until Lara watched her sister battle with breast cancer and the uncomfortable, long-term side effects that resulted from her treatments that she set out to find the most important solution of all – a solution to preventing overheating and night sweats in the clothing that is meant to make us feel beautiful and be comfortable. Lara looked throughout North America and Europe for a sleep brand with beautiful style and fabrics, but they were using 100% polyester and chemicals in the finishing process. Cera's passion lies in fostering positive social change through entrepreneurship. She grew up in rural Kenya, her early childhood spent on her grandmother’s farm. All of this changed when at the age of nine, their farm was destroyed in the civil war. She became internally displaced and moved to the slums in Nairobi, where her whole family was crammed in a small one-room home, much of our daily struggles correlated with lack of resources and opportunities. Nana Quagraine is an experienced investor, with a global perspective and broad skill set from an 18 year career spanning investing at Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”), Africa’s largest (~US$150 billion AUM) public-fund manager based in South Africa, investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York, strategy consulting at Monitor Group and metallurgical engineering at ArcelorMittal South Africa. At PIC, Nana was a Senior Fund Principal responsible for PIC’s infrastructure investments across Sub-Saharan Africa; with responsibilities including managing US$500 million South Africa Economic Infrastructure Fund and US$500 million Africa Developmental Investments Fund. She was a Member of  the Fund Investment Panel, Portfolio Management Committee, HR Steering Committee and PIC Management Committee. Nana was previously a Board Director at  Lanseria International Airport, the second largest airport in Johannesburg and PIC’s Board Representative at Smile Telecom, a mobile broadband service provider with the largest 4G LTE network in Africa. Since late 2017, Nana has been the Founder and CEO of online home decor retailer 54kibo, a leader in providing luxury African Designs to consumers in the United States. Originally from Ghana, Nana grew up in South Africa since 1986 and worked in South Africa before moving to the U.S. in 2006. Nana lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband Mark and twins, Efua and Kofi. Harvard Business School MBA.

Tatyana, started her career at Johnson & Johnson where she spent almost 8 years across account management, analytics and various marketing functions. During the last 2 years at J&J, she got an MBA from NYU Stern School of business, where she concentrated in Marketing and Product Management. Post her MBA, Tatyana joined Mars Wrigley where she did a general management rotational program gaining experience across white space innovation, shopper marketing on the Walmart account, and traditional brand management. Tatyana launched over 20 new to market innovation platforms nationally, rebranding the Dove Chocolate brand from communication, visual brand language and innovation perspective. At the end of her 5 year tenure there, Tatyana became the brand lead for COMBOS, a regional snacking brand. During 2020, Tatyana was recruited to work on the global Theraflu team to rebrand the business, driving global comms and creating a new innovation pipeline from scratch. After successfully designing a brand new flavors strategy, new condition innovation and a more modern visual brand language, Tatyana was pulled in to lead a team of marketers to execute all of these initiatives in the US market, which was the driving market for the brand. After a phenomenal rebranding and performance year, and having done a variety of experiences, Tatyana was recruited and joined Bausch + Lomb to launch a new eye drop to market and design the consumer marketing function. There she launched the best scoring campaign of B+L history, helping the business finish at almost 2X Net Sales in 2024. She is currently still at B+L, while leading DEFI Snacks as founder/CEO, which she formed in March of 2024. Although, Tatyana has a strong eye for talent, she currently is utilizing a fractional contracted team for all her main functions at DEFI Snacks LLC.
