He has experience in mass market brands (Elvive) as well as luxury and professional brands such as Kérastase, Aveda & Bumble and bumble. His roles grew not only with increasing financial responsibility, but also with their geographical footprint, scaling from the UK to EMEA and to global. Throughout his European career he has worked closely with the brands' headquarters in Paris and New York and had the opportunity to work with celebrities such as Catherine Deneuve, Claudia Schiffer and Gwyneth Paltrow,Since 2012, Paul has worked exclusively in the USA reporting into the founders of - and leading the brand marketing for - smaller, entrepreneurial skincare brands in the San Francisco Bay Area such as Algenist and Juice Beauty. Currently Paul leads all aspects of brand operations for Volition Beauty, with particular focus on product development across all beauty categories, and talent management with Volition's roster of Innovators.Paul is British and has a MA from Oxford University.

She firmly believes in the power of entrepreneurship as a force for positive change.Stacey is currently the co-founder and CEO of GoSili®, a consumer product company that produces silicone tableware as a replacement to plastic.  The brand has built a social movement away from toxic and unsustainable plastic wares by providing the alternative to them. Lara Smith, economics major, cut her teeth at two of the biggest fashion houses in the world – Ralph Lauren and Gucci – and quickly worked her way up as a senior executive at some of Canada’s largest retailers. There, she traveled the globe to discover and create innovative apparel solutions that would make a difference in the lives of her women audience.  Waking up in service of women through problem solving apparel solutions goes back 15 years.  But it wasn’t until Lara watched her sister battle with breast cancer and the uncomfortable, long-term side effects that resulted from her treatments that she set out to find the most important solution of all – a solution to preventing overheating and night sweats in the clothing that is meant to make us feel beautiful and be comfortable. Lara looked throughout North America and Europe for a sleep brand with beautiful style and fabrics, but they were using 100% polyester and chemicals in the finishing process. Not to mention, their cooling technology never truly worked. That’s when Lara decided to create her own solution, one that fuses beauty, comfort and science. Her vision came to life through Lusomé, now a 10-year-old pajama brand that promotes the health and sleep of its wearers through first-of-its-kind technology that stops night sweats before it starts. While the demand for Lusomé pajamas surged during the pandemic, Lara also fought off a hostile takeover by one of the biggest players in this category. Post the takeover attempt and in the post covid health renaissance, Lara envisioned making a much bigger impact on people’s wellness through sleep.  LUSOMÉ has evolved to include the first and only luxury temperature regulating sleep mask and an anti aging sleep mask fused with collagen to deliver hydration. To further support the women Lara serves, The Sweaty Pillow community and podcast launched early 2024 to deliver evidence based content, resources and support for women in menopause. Lara is also a philanthropist and advocate for women’s overall health and wellness, including SheWorth.

Giuliana Schwab is Chief Creative Officer of GoSili Inc. She is the creative visionary of the brand giving voice and visual direction to all aspects of GoSili’s brand messaging and product line up. Giuliana’s long experience in design comes from her early days in New York where she studied at Pratt Institute and majored in Art Direction. She then worked at notable businesses such as; Scholastic Publishing and Time Inc. After several years in New York, she moved to the west coast and continued to pursue art direction in publishing. While living in Los Angeles, Giuliana landed at Conde Nast Publishing and worked as Art Director for Bon Appétit magazine where she was leading teams of photographers, illustrators and designers to create the visual branding for the magazine. In 2007, Giuliana teamed up with Stacey Feeley to start Silikids. Her experience as a designer and art director helped Silikids establish a solid foundation in product assortment, style and appeal. I started in the music industry, working at Sony Music and Universal Music, where I learned the power of culture, storytelling, and brand-building. Later, I led digital innovation at Equinox and then helped shape the future of content and commerce at Amazon, driving marketing and brand strategy for some of the biggest platforms in the world.But Between Spaces is personal. This brand is about movement—not just physical, but the transitions that define us. It’s for those who live between disciplines, between identities, between one place and the next. Inspired by my moments in transition and growth, I wanted to create apparel that adapts to life’s rhythms—effortlessly balancing form and function.

Anil caught the entrepreneurial bug watching his immigrant parents hustle after moving to the US from Albania when he was 11. A year studying in Tokyo during college didn't just leave him fluent in Japanese - it sparked a lifelong love affair with coffee that led to founding Jaho Coffee in his hometown of Salem, MA in 2005. Since then, he's built a mini empire with seven Massachusetts locations, two Tokyo cafés, and a string of ventures including Barista Connection (before coffee folks had Instagram!), Milkboy Boba & Ice Cream, and Bagel Boys. His latest venture, Dekáf Coffee Roasters, is on a mission to prove decaf drinkers deserve the good stuff too.

Born in Houston, TX, to Vietnamese immigrant parents and raised in Germany, Khanh grew up immersed in a blend of cultures, each shaping her appreciation for craftsmanship, aesthetics, and storytelling. After studying Psychology in Boston, a chance connection with the coffee world through Jaho Coffee sparked a new passion - one that merged community, experience, and design. As Director of Brand Development for Jaho Coffee, Khanh honed an eye for how branding and visual identity shape the way people experience coffee.With a deep love for design’s ability to elevate the everyday, Khanh founded CHEEBXDESIGN, a creative studio dedicated to capturing the beauty in design and how it enhances perception - because a well-crafted experience, much like a well-brewed cup of coffee, is greater than the sum of its parts. Now, as co-founder of Dekáf Coffee Roasters, that philosophy extends to redefining decaf. Caffeine-free should never mean flavor-free, and great coffee should look just as good as it tastes.When not shaping the future of decaf, Khanh enjoys traveling, discovering new foods, spending time with family, and doting on her cat, Jeffery (who, much like a great design, brings endless joy in the simplest of ways).
