Marty Ehrlich is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Saatva. He has been in the home furnishings industry since 1987, starting as a part-time salesperson before rising through the ranks of showroom and territory management. In 1996, Marty began specializing in the customer service and quality control areas of the business. He has been involved in product development with both domestic and overseas factories. In 2015, Martin took advantage of an exciting opportunity to join Saatva.

Joe McCambley is the Chief Marketing Officer at Saatva, the Smarter Luxury Sleep Company. He brings 40 years of innovative marketing experience to Saatva, the Smarter Luxury Sleep brand, across every consumer touchpoint. His goal is to bring that expertise to bear on the entirety of the marketing funnel and maximize the revenue generated by all of Saatva’s marketing channels, including retail, performance marketing, and all forms of brand building.

Based between Los Angeles and Milan, he has led global organizations and revitalized heritage brands through innovative strategy, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of design-led business.Patrick currently serves as President and CEO of Henry Beguelin SRL and Henry Beguelin USA Inc , the Italian luxury brand known for its handcrafted leather goods and home collections, and as Board Member and Shareholder of Holden Outerwear,. Over the past two years, he successfully exited two key investments—Holubar in 2023 and Bonsai in 2024—after leading both brands through substantial growth, international expansion, and value creation.Previously, Patrick held senior leadership roles at Magnum Photos, Woolrich, and Bench, and began his career at Bain & Company. His expertise spans brand transformation, M&A, fundraising, and omni-channel development, working with cross-functional teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia.He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Commercial Law from La Sapienza University in Rome. Fluent in English and Italian, Patrick continues to advise emerging and established brands on sustainable growth, creative repositioning, and international market expansion.
