About
Symphony Natural Health exists to help people live in greater harmony with their bodies by supporting whole health through evidence-informed solutions rooted in nature and designed for women’s and men’s unique biology.
The company empowers people with the knowledge, solutions, and support they need on their path to whole health, grounded in harmony across the body’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Guided by a belief that lasting health comes from supporting the body as an interconnected system, Symphony takes an approach designed to work with the body’s natural processes rather than override them.
Known for high science and high standards, Symphony maintains a disciplined, research-driven approach informed by cell studies, pharmacology, toxicology, and human clinical trials published in peer-reviewed medical journals. This rigor is matched by the company’s Seed to Soul philosophy, which reflects a commitment to responsible sourcing, transparency, and long-term stewardship. By maintaining close relationships across its supply chain, from plant and mineral origins through manufacturing, Symphony prioritizes quality, sustainability, and respect for the ecosystems and communities behind its ingredients.
In addition to its products, the company provides free access to a Health and Medical Team that offers education, guidance, and practical tools to help individuals better understand their health and make informed decisions. Through this combination of scientific rigor, sustainability, and human support, Symphony Natural Health aims to raise the standard of trust and credibility in the natural health space.
Founding Story
Where It Began
Symphony Natural Health was founded more than 25 years ago as a raw materials business by a team determined to raise the standard for botanical health. Working at the earliest stages of the supply chain, they saw how often plant ingredients were treated as commodities, with little regard for how cultivation, harvesting, and processing affect biological activity and real-world outcomes.
From Raw Materials to Seed to Soul
Rather than accept that model, the founding team chose a more disciplined approach. They believed botanical health should be developed with scientific rigor and respect for how the body naturally functions. This belief shaped Symphony’s Seed to Soul philosophy, a commitment to controlling every step of the process from plant selection and cultivation through research, manufacturing, and global distribution. Over time, Symphony evolved into a vertically integrated company with a global supply chain spanning six countries, its own certified manufacturing facility in the United States, and distribution in more than 20 countries worldwide.
A Flagship Built Through Trust, Not Hype
That philosophy came to life through Femmenessence, Symphony’s flagship product line for women’s hormonal health across life stages, from menstrual health and fertility through perimenopause and postmenopause. Designed to support natural hormone production without introducing hormones, Femmenessence gained early traction among practitioners during decades when menopause was rarely discussed publicly. Its consistent performance and clinical grounding led health professionals to recommend it quietly and steadily, establishing long-term trust well before menopause entered mainstream conversation.
Carrying the Philosophy Forward
As Symphony grew, the same founding principles extended into men’s hormonal health, sleep biology, and foundational wellness. Today, Symphony Natural Health reflects its original vision. A company guided by harmony, evidence, and trust, committed to building natural health solutions with integrity at every step.

Dr. Deanna Minich is a pioneering nutrition scientist and researcher with over 25 years of experience in circadian biology, nutrition, and integrative health. She has authored more than 50 scientific publications, including a widely cited Nutrients review (2022) on melatonin, circadian disruption, and what she and her co-authors termed “darkness deficiency” - a modern phenomenon driven by artificial light exposure and societal shifts like Daylight Saving Time that disrupt the body’s natural rhythms.
Internationally recognized for her work on color-coded nutrition (“eating the rainbow”), detoxification, and hormone health, Dr. Minich brings a multidimensional approach that blends science and soul. She currently serves as Chief Scientific Officer at Symphony Natural Health and sits on the Board of the Personalized Lifestyle Medicine Institute. In 2025, she was honored with the Linus & Ava Helen Pauling Award from the Institute for Functional Medicine for her groundbreaking contributions to integrative health. She is a favored guest on leading health and nutrition podcasts and is also casted in the upcoming The (M) Factor: Before the Pause documentary on women's perimenopause (PBS, March 2026).
