Where tradition meets innovation. Oak & Eden, founded in 2018 by Sanctified Spirits LLC, has pioneered a patented process called “In-Bottle Finishing,” where a 5” long spiral-cut piece of wood called the spire is placed into every fully aged bottle of whiskey, imparting new flavors and characteristics to the whiskey that wouldn’t be achieved in the aging barrel alone. This technique has propelled Oak & Eden to become one of the fastest growing new spirits brands with some of the most prestigious accolades in the industry. Founding Story
Birthed out of a collective love for creation, innovation, and inspiration, Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf, and Brad Neathery pioneered a precious technique that would become the lifeblood of Oak & Eden; in-bottle finishing™. By paying homage to the old tradition of finishing whiskey with oak barrels, but cutting them down and giving them a twist, a spiral-cut piece of wood came to life. We call it the “Spire,” and it gives Oak & Eden whiskey a sanctified, set apart flavor and character. Oak & Eden boldly and humbly gives thanks to its Creator, and share its creation with everyone.
