After bottling its fully-aged four grain bourbon, with a mash bill of 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, 5% malted barley, the brand places a maple syrup soaked American Oak spire in the bottle for In-Bottle Finishing.
The marriage of oak and maple syrup produces a finish that is deep and rich with subtle notes of maple syrup, butterscotch and cinnamon.
