At the age of 19, Amy Purdy contracted a deadly blood infection which she was given less than a 2% chance of survival. Fighting for her lif,e she went into multiple organ failure and ended up losing both of her legs below the knee and having a kidney transplant. But this didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams; in fact, it inspired her to figure out the possibilities. Amy became one of the most well-known Paralympians in the world, a trailblazer in Paralympic Snowboarding. She’s a 3 X Paralympic medalist, a NY Times Best-Selling Author who has been published in 10 different languages around the world, and one of the most in-demand speakers on the globe. Amy also took the world by storm when she came in 2nd place on the hit TV show Dancing With the Stars. Amy also used to be a licensed esthetician and skincare professional and is passionate about skincare and self-care. Amy is passionate about helping people live a life of passion, purpose, and possibility.
