Passion fruit (Passiflora Edulis) is a species of the passion flower native to South America. It’s a sweet, seedy fruit and can be yellow or dark purple when ripe with a soft juicy inside filled with numerous seeds and pulp. We juice this native fruit in our South American juicery and combine it with cold pressed sugar cane stalk to add some needed sweetness. We never heat treat this juice to maintain the brightness and flavor of this delicate fruit. Combine with your spirit of choice to bring a unique, delicious flavor to your craft cocktails.
