Sweet oranges were mentioned in Chinese literature in 314 BC. As of 1987, orange trees were found to be the most cultivated fruit tree in the world. As of 2012, sweet oranges accounted for approximately 70% of citrus production. Florida farmers obtained seeds from New Orleans around 1872. We rotate procurement of our oranges between Florida, Mexico and California throughout the year in order to ensure the proper Brix (sweetness) levels are met. We are juicing Navels and Valencia throughout the year.

 Each BIB has 10 liters of juice.
