About Ekone Oyster Company: Located on the shores of Puget Sound, we’re passionate about crafting premium smoked oysters and seafood. After being harvested from our own shellfish farm, our oysters are steamed, brined, and smoked over maple chips at our Ekone cannery in Shelton, Washington. With a family history spanning five generations, we’re proud to deliver the finest canned seafood products from tide to tin.
