Momentous Recovery is a post-workout formula designed to kickstart the recovery process. The perfect compliment to your post-workout routine - ideal for use after activities like weight lifting, running, cycling, and other intense training. Recovery is a balanced blend of proteins and carbohydrates designed to fuel rapid recovery from strenuous workouts. Recovery is intentionally designed to include a 2:1 protein-to-carb ratio. The base of premium grass-fed whey isolate starts the muscle recovery and protein synthesis processes while L-glutamine and L-carnitine help support the repair and rebuilding of muscle tissue, reducing muscle soreness and promoting optimal muscle function.
