The Model 1 Sullivan is the flagship of Hampden’s 2025 relaunch, powered by a Swiss automatic Sellita movement and debuting our patented removable casecap — an industry first that allows wearers to effortlessly switch between a sapphire exhibition back and a fully customizable engraved caseback. This innovation transforms the Sullivan into a deeply personal timepiece, perfect for honoring milestones, achievements, and the stories that matter most.
Named for famed Chicago architect Louis Sullivan, the design draws on his philosophy that “form follows function,” blending timeless proportions with intricate detailing. Just as Sullivan’s pioneering work married artistry and utility, the Model 1 unites heritage craftsmanship with a modern approach to personalization to create a watch destined to be worn, remembered, and passed down.

- Movement: Swiss Made Sellita 279-1. Automatic self-winding mechanical with ball bearing, 38 hour reserve, 31 jewels.
- Glass: Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Sapphire exhibition caseback.
- Functions: Hours, minutes, small second, power reserve and date indicator.
- Dial: Matte dial with sun-ray embossed small second sub-dial at 9. Applied Arabic index with printed second track and Super-LumiNova Grade A markers at each hour. Skeleton hands with Super-LumiNova Grade A tips.
- Case: 42mm diameter
- Crown: Oversized stainless steel onion crown with embossed Hampden logo.
- Bands: Brushed 22mm wide three link stainless steel bracelet with deployment clasp and easily removable double pin system. Includes two additional straps: Italian leather strap and one Italian leather/rubber strap; easily interchangeable with quick-release (no tools required).
