Caroline’s husband and my Dad, Chick, always enjoyed spending summers on Cape Cod with family. After Caroline’s Cakes was asked to participate in an event at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, Chick suggested we serve lobster rolls, and boy were they a hit! We sold out in two hours and knew we had to add this delicious treat to our Caroline’s Cakes offerings. Since we first started shipping our lobster rolls nationwide, we have received rave reviews from our great customers telling us how they reminded them of their New England summers!
Kit includes:
2 lbs. lobster salad and 12 New England style hot dog rolls.
Serves 8-12
Shipped in a cooler with dry ice.
• 2 lbs. lobster salad and 12 New England style hot dog rolls.
• Best served 2-3 days after order is received.
• Nut Free.
Keep refrigerated.
To prepare: Add 3 tablespoons of chopped celery to your lobster meat. Lightly butter and toast buns and fill with the lobster. Serve and enjoy!!
We ship Monday through Thursday of each week with UPS.

Lobster Salad Ingredients: lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, old bay seasoning (celery salt (salt, celery seed), spices (including red pepper and black pepper) and paprika)
New England Buns Ingredients: unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, yeast. Contains 2% or less of each of the following: salt, wheat gluten, vinegar, dough conditioners (Contains one or more of the following: sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides, mono- and diglycerides, distilled monoglycerides, calcium peroxide, calcium iodate, datem, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, enzymes, ascorbic acid), calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, wheat flour, corn starch, hydrogenated soybean oil, calcium carbonate, monocalcium phosphate, soy flour, soy lecithin, calcium propionate (to retard spoilage).
