Patrick Evans-Hylton is a Johnson & Wales-trained chef and award-winning food journalist covering tasty trends in broadcast, electronic, and print media since 1995.
In addition to being trained as a chef, he is a sommelier, cicerone, Certified Bourbon Steward, cheese expert, and mixologist.
Evans-Hylton is author of more than a dozen books, including food profiles, food history books, and cookbooks.
