Biography
I am a multifaceted content creator with more than a decade of freelance editorial experience. I love to write about travel, food and culinary history — I have to know the origin story of every dish I eat. I have experience copywriting for top-tier travel brands and food styling for national housewares companies and I am the restaurant critic for The Telegram. My research skills have helped transform my keen interest in culinary history into my first book “Where We Ate: A Field Guide to Canada’s Restaurants, Past and Present” which comes out June 2023 with Appetite by Random House.
