Sydney Bledsoe is the co-founder of Pip Pop Post, a mom-founded jewelry brand built to make earrings more comfortable and worry-free for kids and tweens (and the moms who love them, too). Sydney has been instrumental in building Pip Pop’s operational foundation, bringing a “keep it simple” mindset, strong time management, and a bias toward action that helped the business scale quickly. She built and empowered a young, high-performing operations team and is passionate about creating systems that support growth without losing the brand’s heart. Sydney is a mom of three and loves building a brand that celebrates girlhood, confidence, and everyday joy.
