John Reaves is the President and CEO of Milton’s, the maker of honestly delicious, better-for-you foods including new Protein Crackers and Pizza Snack Bites, best-selling Thin & Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizzas as well as a variety of flavor-forward, crispy Gluten Free Crackers, Organic Crackers and Gourmet Crackers. A born entrepreneur who values inspiration above all else and always sees a way forward, Reaves is inspired to provide joy to millions through Milton’s tasty foods you can feel good about.

Reaves joined Milton’s in 2008 as COO and CFO, with over 20 years of leadership in the food industry, including manufacturing, distribution, brands and retail. Notably, Reaves had prior experience at Natural Alternatives International and Arthur Andersen.

Reaves joined Milton’s at a pivotal time, tasked with transforming the business within 90 days to avoid bankruptcy. Leveraging his extensive experience and bold vision, he led the brand through a remarkable evolution—from a traditional bread company to a leader in the better-for-you CPG industry, known for its award-winning Gluten Free Crackers and Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizzas. Under John’s leadership, Milton’s has become synonymous with flavor and innovation, earning accolades and securing its place as a market leader across multiple grocery categories.

In 2012, John assumed the role of President and CEO, where he continues to lead a talented team united by the mission of bringing the joy of eating well to millions. His emphasis on a team-based culture and forward-thinking strategy has driven Milton’s significant retail growth with national retailers including Costco, Target, Sprouts, Publix, and Whole Foods. With a strong foundation and a clear vision for future expansion, John has positioned Milton’s for sustained success in a rapidly evolving food and beverage landscape.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time in the great outdoors visiting various National Parks with his family and hosting friends for memorable homemade meals.
