About
Harry is head of design at Anova Culinary, leading design of both physical and digital products across the portfolio. With fifteen years in industrial design, he began at design consultancies working across consumer electronics, connected appliances, industrial products, AR/VR, and emerging technologies for startups and consultancies, taking projects from research and idea validation through to production. He joined Anova Culinary in twenty eighteen, where he's now part of the leadership team.
Design leadership - advocating for design at both strategic and day-to-day levels, ensuring design thinking shapes business decisions and company direction.
Strategic design expertise - balancing innovation with practical constraints by aligning design methodologies and user-centered thinking with broader business goals and market realities.
End-to-end product vision - identifying and defining product vision, then bringing it to life while maintaining strategic coherence, as demonstrated through founding and scaling Anova's oven platform.
Systems thinking - considering the entire ecosystem of teams, technical constraints, sustainability goals, and business needs to create holistic solutions rather than isolated artifacts.
