Raelina has worked as a designer and creative since 2012 specializing in branding and illustration. Her love of early childhood education inspired her to write and illustrate her first children's book "How to Train a Chicken" in 2014. She lives and works in Northern California with her partner and enjoys developing her pottery practice when she's not behind a computer.

Rachel's team were the first awardees of Empire State Development's Covid Retooling Grant out of 40,000 applicants, and was awarded the 2021 NYS MWBE Innovation Award. Rachel has now launched Welles, an ESG-focused scrubs company on a mission to reset technical performance and environmental accountability standards.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Pia is the daughter of a musician, and a fine artist turned jewelry designer.
