Her last role was global head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs for a major infant formula company. Louise is a PhD candidate (University of Stellenbosch) and holds an MBA (University of South Africa) and MSc degree in Dietetics (North West University).</p>

After graduating, they entered and won UNICEF Wearables for Good Challenge for the concept of SoaPen. SoaPen was created in response to recognizing the health benefits of handwashing with soap. <p>Rachel is a strategic leader driving top and bottom line growth through actionable analyses &amp; effectively communicating stories found in data. After over a decade leading data analytics and insight teams, she transitioned to investor relations to share these stories with the public equity markets. Rachel found her way back to her entrepreneurial roots as the Chief Operating Officer of HoneyBug.</p>

<p>Jennifer Kennedy is a seasoned Brand &amp; Marketing expert, and entrepreneurial Senior Executive with a proven track record of leading and developing products for multi Billion-Dollar brands. With over 18 years of experience in product development and innovation at global brands such as Jack in the Box and Starbucks Coffee, she holds multiple awards for her work over the years, but is the most proud of her work mentoring and developing the next generation of female leaders.</p>

<p data-block-key="cjcl1">Over her 20 year career as a children’s wear designer, Barrie has brought her imaginative designs to life for brands big and small. Barrie started her career at the Gap and eventually became Lead Designer for Berkeley-based Sweet Potatoes, Inc. Barrie has also designed product for the iconic Finnish print house Marimekko, and worked on numerous licensed brands including Dr. Seuss, Reebok, and Disney. Now she is focused on making sure Mightly’s organic cotton clothes look and feel amazing and managing Mightly’s supply chain.</p>

<p data-block-key="cxahx">Tierra is an apparel industry veteran with a passion for sustainability. In 2006 she launched one of the first organic denim brands, Del Forte Denim, which was carried in over 200 specialty stores across the US and Europe. Later Tierra joined Pact Apparel where she led the product department and helped transform the business from a niche underwear company into an eco-lifestyle brand. In addition to building ethical supply chains for brands, Tierra has worked to create change throughout the industry. She was a leading member of the team that developed and launched the Fair Trade Apparel and Home Goods Standard, which has been adopted by industry influencers like Patagonia, West Elm, Athleta, Madewell, PrAna and Outerknown.</p>

<p data-block-key="ul226">Founder of ezpz, Lindsey is a wife and working mom to three wonderful, wild boys who serve as the inspiration and her in-home product testers. She never imagined she would leave corporate America and become an entrepreneur, but the journey has been very special (and tiring!). The ezpz community, positivity and my family and team keep her motivated.</p>

<p>Krista Maas de Villiers is the Founder and CEO of Nunona. Passionate about health and the powerful impact that nutrition plays in the first 1000 days of motherhood, she has created this company intent on helping create healthier humans - for a healthier planet. Krista&#x27;s entire career has been dedicated to infant nutrition within the pharmaceutical and nutritional industry, having worked with global experts to study and develop infant formula. Her last role was Global Head of Marketing &amp; Innovation for a major infant formula company. Krista holds an Executive MBA (Gordon University of Business Science, Johannesburg, South Africa) and Bachelor degrees in Dietetics and Marketing (Miami University, Ohio, USA ). She is a plant-based foodie and striving environmentalist fascinated by learning about other cultures through travel. Krista has a loving husband and young daughter who inspired her to found Nunona.</p>

<p data-block-key="5xhy7">Dr. Merenda is a featured grief counselor at Guardian Lane. Dr. Merenda has more than 15 years of experience in early learning and therapeutic settings. Her background is in early childhood education, with a specific expertise in therapeutic play and supporting families with children who have special needs. Dr. Merenda holds a Masters of Art in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western University. In addition to her experience at the University of Guelph-Humber, Dr. Merenda has taught academic courses at Humber College ITAL, she was the Program Advisor for a continuing education stream of the Early Childhood Education program at Humber College ITAL. Dr. Merenda is perfect for grief related questions.<br/></p>

<p>Kristina Jones is an award winning advertising art director turned tech entrepreneur. When Kristina Jones was looking for the next tech company to build after scaling courtbuddy.com (now Lawchamps) nationwide, raising $7.5 Million in funding, and becoming the 14th African American woman to ever raise more than $1 Million from VCs for a tech startup, she started with a personal story. When Kristina was seven, her father died from cancer and she knew one day she wanted to share her story on how she kept the connection to her dad alive. Throughout the process of writing and editing, &quot;My Forever Guardian&quot;, she noticed the immense lack of online support for the millions of grieving children here in the US. After connecting with the nation&#x27;s best grief counselors and getting feedback from over 500 grieving parents, she quickly got to work building Guardian Lane, a children&#x27;s mental health platform that is innovating how children access grief counseling. With the use of video sharing technology, community, tele-counseling and a whole lot of creativity, the children have begun to build their own social healing network. Guardian Lane has partnered with over 1,000 schools since it&#x27;s beta launch in late January and is growing into new districts daily!
