Zev Freidus began his real estate career in Boca Raton, Florida over 20 years ago. Long before the mass migration from the northeast, in the mid 90’s Zev had the vision to begin investing in residential properties in Boca. In 2005 Zev founded Boca Executive Realty with the mission of combining innovative technology with superior agents to become Florida’s most respected and trusted residential real estate brokerage. Over the coming 10 years he led the company through a period of hyper growth, which culminated in 2014 by selling a controlling interest in the company to a private equity group and rebranding as BEX Realty. In 2021 Zev launched ZFC as a full service boutique residential and commercial brokerage, specializing in real estate across the entire state of Florida.

Michael Saba is the visionary Founder and CEO of ALT. Fragrances, a dynamic company redefining the luxury fragrance industry by making high-end scents accessible to all. During his freshman year at Indiana University in 2019, Michael recognized a significant gap in the market: designer fragrance companies were overcharging consumers, placing premium scents out of reach for many—including himself as a student. Lisa is the Co-founder and CEO of Mermaid Straw. An extroverted introvert that loves cats, puzzles, being goofy, and working (it's true - Lisa loves to work), she's also an empath and highly intuitive. As a matter of fact, Mermaid Straw came to be what it is today, all because Lisa had a dream about starting the company. She has a chronic illness known as POTS, and is an advocate for fellow Spoonie warriors everywhere. She has a deep passion for doing what's right for this planet, and has long before this company began. She is obsessed with her husband, Adam, of over 13 years, and their 5 precious kitties. Lisa is forever grateful that Adam took this leap of faith with her and started Mermaid Straw from the ground up. Lisa's goal is to make Mermaid Straw a common household name, to be seen on the shelves at your favorite stores, and to spread awareness about how one person can make a difference.

John has diverse background holding leadership positions in a series of organizations from larger established Governmental entities to startups. Currently in addition to founding a world class hot sauce firm, John and his partners, spend a fair amount of time creating and preserving affordable housing in the NYC metro area . He is a board member of the NYS Gaming Commission as well as NFP Santa Angel’s. His love of gardening was sparked when his older daughter decided to forgo her chance at becoming the next Jackie Mitchell, gardening become the substitute activity for the weekends. He graduated from both college and grad school in reasonable time frames, an occurrence many of his elementary school friend’s still doubt.

Hayley is a seasoned Creative Director with over 15 years of experience in branding and storytelling across the fashion, real estate, and hospitality sectors. Hayley is the Co-Founder of boutique marketing and creative agency Insert Brand, as well as The Brand source, an on-line subscription based platform providing marketing and creative support tailored to Real Estate professionals.Having overseen creative teams of 100+ employees delivering high-end creative through a brand-specific lens, Hayley is at expert in balancing art and commerce to drive results through content creation. Her expertise includes hiring and growing teams, developing scalable design operations, and working as Creative Director to strategically conceptualize and define brand visions. She has successfully executed brand campaign across all channels globally, managed in-house and external creative teams, and led the development of visual assets, marketing collateral, and packaging for ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and social media.

Adam is the Co-founder and COO of Mermaid Straw. He's from a small town about an hour south of Sydney, Australia. He has a huge family back home with 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Adam spent his childhood constanlty connected with nature ; surfing, riding BMX, going for bush walks, playing soccer, anything he was able to do outdoors you could find him there. Being outdoors so much led him to grow not only a respect for nature, but a deep love for it. Adam is an ocean lover, an animal lover, a drummer, a traveler, and a guy who's madly in love with his American girl and 5 furchildren. Adam is also up for any challenge! During the height of the pandemic, he spent his time building out a Mermaid Straw van into a liveable space, with a goal to take it across the nation and host a cleanup in every state!
