Alongside his wife, he scaled Kim and Scott's Gourmet Pretzels into a national brand, leading to its acquisition by J&J Snack Foods in 2012. His expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and distribution is evident with Twisted Alchemy's presence in prestigious venues like Nobu and The Ritz Carlton. As an advisor, he's influenced major brands including Kraft Foods, Starbucks, and Costco. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Colorado College, Scott's strategic acumen makes him a key asset in driving Twisted Alchemy's success.

Erika has been deeply invested into the restaurant and theater industries since 2006, straddling both to fulfill her innate creativity. Head bartender, Mixologist, and Experience host, she is always looking for new products to improve the ride. Wine enthusiast, beer lover, and cocktail creator, she is currently the front of house manager at Martha’s in Hoboken.

Anil caught the entrepreneurial bug watching his immigrant parents hustle after moving to the US from Albania when he was 11. A year studying in Tokyo during college didn't just leave him fluent in Japanese - it sparked a lifelong love affair with coffee that led to founding Jaho Coffee in his hometown of Salem, MA in 2005. Since then, he's built a mini empire with seven Massachusetts locations, two Tokyo cafés, and a string of ventures including Barista Connection (before coffee folks had Instagram!), Milkboy Boba & Ice Cream, and Bagel Boys. His latest venture, Dekáf Coffee Roasters, is on a mission to prove decaf drinkers deserve the good stuff too.
