In 2016, they transitioned into the coffee sector and have been a vital part of Copper Moon Coffee for nearly eight years.Currently serving as the Quality Specialist at Copper Moon Coffee, Taylor oversees the entire quality department. Their responsibilities encompass all aspects of regulatory and product quality, including audits, certifications, customer visits, in-process quality checks, laboratory quality management, and the assessment of green and roasted coffee quality, as well as packaging integrity.
