Founding Story
Dan Chau, founder of Yep, discovered his passion for the beauty industry while working with Johnson & Johnson on the agency side. He later transitioned in-house to help launch Neutrogena Naturals, the company's first natural brand, an experience that fueled his drive to develop clean and effective products. After noticing that many of his Asian female friends struggled with short lashes, and finding that existing lash serums were either overpriced or ineffective, Dan set out to create a solution. That journey led to the creation of Yep Lash XL.
