UNiTE Foods, a delicious new entry in the protein bar category, is bringing the world a little closer together with a line of protein bars inspired by comfort foods and favorite childhood flavors from around the world.
UNiTE is a woman-owned and diversity status business, that believes in the deliciousness of diversity! Inspired by their love of travel, adventure, and flavors from around the world, they are shaking up run of the mill bars to bring you wholesome, nourishing, protein-packed snacks capturing the magic of family favorites from kitchens across the globe. With three big, bright flavors to choose from, you can get the protein you need while taking your taste buds on an epic adventure – no passport required!
UNiTE founder and CEO Clara Paye, a naturalized American citizen, Clara realized that she was bored with regular old protein bars because the flavors of her heritage were not represented. Shoppers are more diverse than ever and they’re looking for products that reflect their communities and tastes.
So, she set out to use food as an instrument of inclusion and prove that diversity can be delicious with a line of protein bars inspired by favorite flavors from around the world. By making products that more people can relate to, we build more UNiTY for all.
As a first-generation immigrant and a second-generation entrepreneur, Clara grew up in her family business, EZ-FLO a worldwide distributor of plumbing products. Clara would eventually become EZ-FLO's Managing Director and grow the business alongside her very talented team.
After a 17 year run at EZ-FLO, Clara founded UNiTE when she noticed that there weren’t wellness options that served her or people who craved more flavor in their bars. On a mission to prove diversity is delicious UNiTE launched in March of 2020 with a line of protein bars in culturally diverse flavors. Growing quickly over the past 18 months, UNiTE is sold in major retailers nationwide and online.
In her free time Clara enjoys spending time with her two daughters ages 10 and 7 and playing competitive tennis.
