Self-diagnosing perimenopause before the age of 40—and a challenging postpartum journey inspired us to create something new to help women get into strength training.

Founder of The Grey Edit, a lifestyle blog where she’s partnered with top brands as an influencer, and The Grey Edit Photo, a platform dedicated to empowering women through self-love and branding photography. Along the way, she’s cultivated an engaged community of over 70k passionate about confidence, style, and growth.
Mother of two. Ex Microsoft exec. Writer. Athlete.
Spent 10 years at Microsoft launching hardware products: Windows Phone, Xbox, Microsoft Band, and Surface PCs. Most recently she served as a Marketing & GTM executive at two Seattle-based startups. Esther is the creator of Mad Alice—a Substack on women’s hormone health and longevity.
