Founding Story
Terrapin Ridge Farms was born from a lifelong love of entertaining and sharing great food with friends and
family. CEO Mary O’Donnell grew up in a home where parties were legendary and food was at the center of
every gathering. Her mother, affectionately known as Aunt Rosie, had a knack for creating effortless spreads
that looked and tasted like she had fussed for days — all with a relaxed, welcoming style that made everyone
feel at home.
That same spirit of easy, elevated entertaining lives at the heart of Terrapin Ridge Farms today. After spending
over a decade in the specialty food industry, Mary teamed up with longtime friend and fellow Cleveland
native Brian Coughlin in 2010 to purchase the Terrapin Ridge Farms brand. Together, they set out to create
high-quality, flavorful products that make entertaining simpler — and more memorable.
