Terra Beauty Products and their award-winning brand, Terra Beauty Bars, was founded in 2017 by 3 LatinX sisters (Fernanda Gomes, Luana Gomes and Jasmine Gomes) and their mother, Angela Gomes in Boca Raton, Florida. Inspired by Angela's generational farm-living in Brazil, entrepreneurial grit and love for plant-based beauty products, this all-girl quartet formulates and manufactures skin and nail products in the USA that blend wellness, efficacy, simplicity, innovation and clean formulas - all done in their South Florida studio!

Terra (which means EARTH in Portuguese) is here to provide award-winning products that are good for you, sustainably made, cruelty-free, plant-based, reasonably priced and always made with a dash of family love. Most recently Terra was awarded the Glamour 2021 Clean Beauty Nail Category award. They have been featured in Allure, Good Morning America, Bustle, Glamour, Popsugar and more.

Terra is sold online and in large retailers such as Ulta, Grove Collaborative, Urban Outfitters, etc.

Founding Story

Terra Beauty Products and their award-winning brand Terra Beauty Bars was founded in 2017 by 3 LatinX sisters (Fernanda Gomes, Luana Gomes and Jasmine Gomes) and their mother, Angela Gomes in Boca Raton, Florida. Inspired by Angela's generational farm-living in Brazil, entrepreneurial grit and love for plant-based beauty products, this all-girl quartet formulates and manufactures skin and nail products in the USA that blend wellness, efficacy, simplicity, innovation and clean formulas - all done in their South Florida studio! Each family team member brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the clean beauty industry. Fernanda, an award-winning marketer and green beauty formulator; Luana as a seasoned finance and sales manager; Jasmine as head of operations and licensed paramedical esthecian and Angela as the true definition of the American dream (coming from poverty of Brazil to now owning multiple successful businesses in the USA.

Fernanda Gomes is CEO & Co-founder of award-winning clean beauty nail and skin wellness brand: TERRA Beauty Bars & VIBES Beauty. She is a certified and licensed product formulator & cosmetic manufacturer with over a decade of strategic sales, marketing, operations, project management and Clean Beauty Manufacturing experience. Gomes is a motivator with a thorough understanding of goals, B2B / B2C channels and customer relationships, strategy and company metrics. A US Army Veteran that demonstrates competence and poise in any environment, Gomes is inspired by great work, positive social impact, moving the needle and forging great relationships.
