Suru was born from a deeply personal journey. After watching her father struggle to manage type 2 diabetes through diet alone, founder Shira realized how overwhelming and underwhelming the world of “healthy” nutrition could be. Determined to create something better, she partnered with medical experts to build a product that delivered on both taste and function.
