New York, NY (June 24, 2025) — Outdoor Fellow, the independent home fragrance brand known for its strong scent throw and design-forward candles, is proud to introduce its newest scent: Olive Citron.
Crafted to evoke the feeling of open windows on a warm summer day, Olive Citron is a fresh, vibrant blend that brings the Mediterranean indoors. The fragrance opens with bright lemon and crisp citrus, balanced by herbaceous notes of rosemary and thyme, and softened by olive blossoms and earthy oakmoss.
The scent was inspired by the olive trails of Lake Lugano in Northern Italy and combined with the easygoing, sun-drenched Mediterranean lifestyle the brand wanted to evoke. It’s a blend designed to bring that carefree, coastal way of living into your home—bright, breezy, and effortlessly grounding.
“With Olive Citron, we wanted to bottle the feeling of a sunlit afternoon in the Mediterranean—the scent of lemon trees, fresh herbs, and olive groves carried on a warm breeze,” says founder Patrick Jones. “It’s about more than just fragrance—it’s a way to bring that carefree, coastal lifestyle into your home, no matter where you are.”
Olive Citron is available now in Outdoor Fellow’s signature 8oz candle and 2.2oz Little Fellow mini candle. A 4oz reed diffuser in the same scent will be launching soon.
Like all Outdoor Fellow candles, Olive Citron is hand-poured in the USA using a coconut-apricot wax blend that allows for a higher fragrance load and cleaner burn than traditional soy wax. The 8oz candle comes in a reusable heavy-bottomed rocks glass and features a 100% cotton wick. Each candle offers 40–50 hours of burn time and is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of phthalates and parabens.
