Miniland believes that empowering 21st-century skills with multiple play experiences encourages children’s social and emotional development in the critical stages of childhood. Inspired by active collaboration, collective creativity, continual learning, and with the support of Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences whereby intelligence in children is not a single, static quality, Miniland’s array of educational toys and games are made for children ages 0 to 7 to experiment with the world both in and out of the classroom.

Miniland has been named a TOTY Doll of the Year Finalist (2022) and winner of countless awards including Platinum Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, Toy Insider, Play for Change, and more. They have worked with organizations like The National Down Syndrome Society and are continuously providing tools and information to parents and educators about the importance of diversity and acceptance in early childhood development.

Founding Story

Miniland was founded in Spain to enhance the talents of teachers, parents, and children by creating learning environments that are full of discovery through play.

With more than 20 years of experience in schools worldwide, closely collaborating with teachers and educators, and gaining the trust of the educational community, Miniland launched its SEL toys and dolls in the US in 2019. They went on to launch within the toy and parenting space in 2021, targeting parents with young children ages 0-7.

Miniland’s educational toys are designed to develop children’s multiple intelligences, placing particular emphasis on social skills, emotional learning, and values in order to enhance a child's self-confidence, respect for others, and acceptance of all differences that make each child and person unique and valued.
