Little Beast is a lifestyle brand focused on creating delightful products for pets and their humans. We design and create our products in small batches with family owned production houses to make sure that each product gets made with love and attention. We currently design and create pet apparel, collars, leashes, carriers, and sometimes human stuff.

Founding Story

Little Beast was started by Jisu, Ryeon, and Lys in New York City in an 800 square foot apartment. Originally, the trio set out to make nicer collars and leashes because at the time, in 2018, everything was just kitschy, ugly, or low quality. They poured their life savings into making hand made accessories but ended up never recovering that initial investment. Everyone kept their day job and life continued. In 2019, They then decided to try to sell the unsold inventory by creating an online boutique that featured many other brands. This time, they sold snacks, toys, beds, bowls, and even clothes! This proved to be slightly better but still a money losing operation. Finally, in 2020, they made the decision to focus on originally designed pet apparel. After all, Jisu and Lys were both from art backgrounds and worked for the world renowned Takashi Murakami. That really got Little Beast off the ground with a successful launch of our first collection. Now, we're doing much more and want to bring our designs to the world!
