Founding Story

Both of us grew up facing various health challenges—digestive issues, cystic acne, and in Bernard’s case, persistent nosebleeds—that were never fully addressed at their root. Through trial, reflection, and growth, we discovered the transformative power of making small, intentional changes, starting with our diets and gradually incorporating healthier swaps into our daily lives.
