Based in California since 2013, the company engineers its products in the USA with much of its manufacturing done in-house at its Camarillo facility, and it backs durable designs with generous warranty promises. As a certified B Corporation (originally certified in 2021 and recertified in 2024), K9 Ballistics integrates sustainability and community focus into its core. Founding Story

K9 Ballistics began in 2013 when its founders set out to solve a common frustration for dog owners: beds that couldn’t keep up with tough dogs. What started as a mission to create durable, sustainable alternatives quickly grew into a broader vision—building a company rooted in quality, responsibility, and care for the planet. From its earliest days in California, the team embraced hands-on craftsmanship and in-house production, ensuring products that pet owners could trust while laying the foundation for the brand’s ongoing commitments to sustainability, community partnerships, and integrity.
