Founding Story

Heirloom Hills was born from a clear gap in the U.S. market: while many food categories were premiumizing, dried fruit remained commoditized and uninspired.

The idea emerged while traveling across Europe, where farm shops treated dried fruit with a level of care, provenance, and storytelling rarely seen in the U.S. That contrast—combined with the founder’s upbringing in Colombia, where fruit quality and variety are exceptional—sparked the vision for something better.

Before launching Heirloom Hills, the founder worked in finance and sales but set out to build a brand rooted in quality and origin. Starting with direct farm visits in Colombia and later expanding sourcing globally, Heirloom Hills was built to showcase fruit at its best.
