At Goodness Lover, we believe that a healthy gut is the foundation for a vibrant and energized life. Founded by husband and wife team and gut health advocates, Sarah Otto (nutritionist) and Matt Potts, our mission is to help you unlock the power of your gut microbiome and achieve your healthiest self.
We collaborate with world-renowned doctors and educators to create our masterclasses and products, ensuring that the information we provide is accurate, up-to-date, and backed by science. Our approach is simple yet powerful: by addressing the root cause of health issues, we empower you to unlock your inner goodness and achieve lasting, transformative results.
Founding Story

Everything we offer is rooted in education – using science-backed research, sustainable practices, and the incredible healing power of nature.
Years ago, our co-founders, Sarah Otto and Matt Potts, struggled with their health – Sarah with autoimmune and depression and Matt with anxiety.
After years without any resolutions (yet a medicine cabinet filled with prescriptions), they discovered that every one of their symptoms stemmed from one unlikely place: the gut microbiome.
Realizing that millions of people around the world are likewise unaware of how critical gut health is, Goodness Lover was created with one mission in mind: To make good health accessible to everyone, everywhere.
To date, over a million conscious health seekers have joined our Goodness Lover community – and become part of our mission.
