Founding Story

Ever‑Pretty was founded in 2005 by Anna Shi, who started as an eBay boutique owner in Canada with one simple goal: to make beautiful, high-quality dresses accessible to more women. Driven by her passion for fashion and a desire to create size-inclusive formalwear, Anna opened her first factory in 2009 to ensure complete control over design and production. In 2011, she expanded into the U.S. market, introducing a bridesmaid and special occasion collection that quickly resonated with women looking for elegant, affordable dresses. Under her leadership, the brand grew from a small online store into one of the top dress sellers on global platforms like AliExpress, with a strong presence across North America and Europe.

With over 18 years of hands-on experience in design, supply chain, and international e-commerce, Anna has overseen the launch of multiple best-selling dress styles—one of which has remained a customer favorite for over a decade. She built Ever-Pretty’s end-to-end supply chain from scratch and established overseas branches in Canada, the U.S., and the UK, allowing the brand to serve over 500,000 global customers with efficient fulfillment and service.

Beyond sales growth, Anna is known for her vision in building long-term influencer partnerships and her ability to turn data into product success. She continues to lead Ever-Pretty toward its next chapter of global expansion, while incubating new brands like Alisa Pan to meet the evolving style needs of modern women.
