I sent them my personal measurements and they made the dress for me and it’s perfect! It’s hard when you are a large size person to find dresses that fit! Their dresses are great. This is the 2nd dress I have purchased from them! Definitely will buy more from Ever-Pretty cuz they r Ever so fantastic!

Absolute no bother at all,emailed a matter resolved instantly…. I had ordered the wrong size at first but I got a very speedy response and the mistake was fixed right away! Once the dress got here it fit great was was well made will definitely order again!

After leaving it very last minute to sort a prom dress for my daughter I was extremely hesitant to use one of the many online prom dress retailers as they don’t have the best reviews. However, Ever Pretty had a few good reviews which filled me with some hope and I’m so glad we used them. The dress has just been delivered (14th June) and this was only ordered on Wednesday (11th June). I paid standard delivery which said delivery in 3-10 business days. I would have paid the express delivery but the disclaimer saying that taxes and duties may be payable put me off. Turns out the standard delivery was just as fast. I would say to definitely measure - they run on the small side. My daughter is usually a size 14/16 depending on the brand but the measurements we took had her showing a size 20 for the dress she picked. I was stressed thinking that this was going to be too big but it fits perfectly. Don’t follow the dress size - definitely measure. I know there are a lot of negative reviews - many relate to the refund process - which thankfully I shouldn’t need to use. But if there are any panicked parents who have left prom dress shopping until the last minute I can recommend them.

I couldn't decide between 3 dresses for my daughter's wedding, so I ordered 3 to try. I was very pleased with the quality of the dresses and they were exactly as I expected from the pictures.
