Enlightened Generation is a children’s brand designed to spark curiosity about the world and inspire young minds to explore cultures, history, and global wonders in a way that feels exciting and engaging. Through a thoughtful combination of storytelling and design, the brand connects educational books with clothing that brings those discoveries to life.
Each book written by an NY Times best selling author introduces kids to a fascinating place, historical mystery, or cultural wonder from around the world. The clothing then brings those discoveries to life, featuring graphics, symbols, and imagery tied directly to the stories children read about. When a child wears a shirt featuring the Nazca Lines, Easter Island, or another global wonder, it naturally invites questions from friends on the playground. A simple “What is that?” or “What does that mean?” becomes the start of a conversation.
Children who have read the book can proudly explain what they’ve learned, sharing the story behind the design with their friends. In that moment, the clothing becomes more than something they wear. It becomes a way for kids to express curiosity, knowledge, and excitement about the world. By connecting storytelling with everyday clothing, Enlightened Generation turns learning into something children carry with them beyond the page. Founding Story
When Robyn Stotter’s son came home one day captivated by Peru’s Nazca Lines, she saw firsthand how curiosity could spark deep family connection — no screens required. That moment inspired her to create Enlightened Generation, a brand that helps parents raise globally aware, curious kids through playful, hands-on cultural learning.
Robyn, a mom and entrepreneur, teamed up with a New York Times bestselling author to design the brand’s boxed collections: immersive experiences that let children explore wonders of the world — like the ancient geoglyphs of Peru’s Nazca Desert, Moai Of Rapa Nui, and more— through a storybook, an activity, and a wearable item inspired by each destination.
Enlightened Generation offers an intentional journey built around original stories and thoughtful design. Each collection pairs a children’s book with story-inspired clothing, giving big ideas a place in everyday life. Through reading, conversation, and hands-on discovery, families connect around learning something new about the world together. The brand gives back to the communities the boxes highlight with 5% of profits donated to global giving partners.
