Founding Story
Coco Clean’s journey began with a realization that no one should have to choose between clean clothes, icky ingredients and plastics. After all, clothes are our second skin.
Formulated by John W. Roulac, the founder of Nutiva, who pioneered organic coconut products. John has founded seven non-profits and is the producer of Kiss the Ground & Common Ground films.
He wondered can we take the worry out of washing by creating a plastic-free laundry powder that is tough on stains.
Turns out the answer is YES. Now is the time to “clean up” laundry!
