About
Bulqit is a technology-enabled marketplace that helps homeowners lower the cost of recurring home services by aggregating demand within tightly defined neighborhoods. By coordinating homeowner participation at the block and community level, Bulqit creates purchasing power that benefits everyone involved.
Homeowners gain access to preferred pricing, trusted service providers, and simplified service management. Service providers benefit from denser routes, lower customer acquisition costs, and recurring revenue opportunities. Builders, HOAs, and strategic partners can participate in revenue-sharing programs that create new income streams while delivering tangible value to residents.
Bulqit's initial focus includes services such as lawn care, pest control, pool maintenance, window washing, pressure washing, trash services, and other recurring exterior home services. Over time, the same neighborhood-bulking model can be applied across a broad range of household services and local commerce categories.
Founding Story
Bulqit was born from a simple observation: neighbors often need the same services from the same providers, yet they purchase them individually and pay individual pricing.
Founder and CEO Keegan Bonebrake spent years building technology and service businesses around real estate and housing. Throughout that experience, he repeatedly saw inefficiencies created when service providers traveled long distances between customers while homeowners paid full retail pricing despite living next door to others with identical needs.
The idea behind Bulqit was to apply the same principles of purchasing power and route density that have transformed industries such as logistics, multifamily housing, and enterprise procurement to the fragmented home services market. By helping neighbors coordinate demand, Bulqit creates a more efficient marketplace that lowers costs for homeowners, increases profitability for service providers, and generates new revenue opportunities for builders, HOAs, and local partners.
Today, Bulqit is building a platform designed to make neighborhood-scale purchasing as simple as ordering a product online, while creating stronger, more connected communities in the process.
