About The Founder
Raised on a dairy farm and seasoned in construction, Marc Lawrence is an unexpected force in fashion. Äylor was born from a practical insight: while traveling for work, Marc noticed a recurring pattern — women, like his wife, were constantly navigating their days in activewear that didn’t match their pace, style, or standards.
What began as a personal project quickly evolved into a mission: to engineer elevated essentials for women who move — between workouts, meetings, cities, and moods. With the precision of an engineer and a sharp eye for modern silhouettes, Marc set out to design pieces that seamlessly blend structure and ease.
Under his direction, Äylor is redefining athleisure: understated, premium, and intentionally made. The goal isn’t just comfort — it’s quiet confidence.
