As part of its give-back mission, the brand donates 1% of every sale to Pineapple Women to help fund mentorship, leadership training, and storytelling for the next generation of girls.

Founding Story

Aloisia Beauty was founded by Veronica, Chrissy, and Nicole, three Latina women who were tired of skincare that only offered quick fixes. Struggling with dry, stressed, and reactive skin, they realized that many products promised results but did little to support long-term skin health. That frustration became their spark.

Drawing from their cultural roots and the plant-based remedies they grew up with, they envisioned a better way: skincare that works with your skin, not against it. Their combined backgrounds in biotech, wellness, product development, and business gave them the expertise to bring that vision to life. They partnered with a world-class Korean skincare lab to formulate clean, science-backed products powered by postbiotic ferments, botanical waters, and gentle, clinically proven actives.

As mothers, they were equally driven by a desire to instill healthy self-care habits in the next generation offering products free of harsh ingredients and full of intention. Aloisia Beauty was built to help women strengthen their skin, boost their confidence, and embrace long-term vitality, not temporary fixes.

Team Bios

Veronica Konecke is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aloisia Beauty, a Latina-owned skincare brand born from a shared frustration over the lack of clean skincare that truly delivered long-lasting results. With over 20 years of experience in biotech, diabetes care, and international business, Veronica blends her expertise with a deep passion for creating high-performance, skincare.


Growing up commuting between San Diego and Tijuana, Veronica’s unique cross-cultural perspective fueled her commitment to developing products that connect to her roots while utilizing cutting-edge science. In 2018, alongside her co-founders Chrissy and Nicole, Veronica partnered with one of South Korea’s top skincare labs to craft a product line that merges Korean beauty innovations with clean, natural ingredients.


Under Veronica’s leadership, Aloisia Beauty has helped thousands of women discover healthier, glowing skin. The brand is committed to sustainability, eco-friendly practices, and transparency, ensuring that each formula reflects their dedication to both quality and environmental responsibility.


As a mom, Veronica values teaching the importance of self-care and embraces plant-based skincare traditions that are passed down through generations. Through Aloisia Beauty, she strives to empower women by enhancing their natural beauty, boosting their confidence, and promoting long-term skin health.

Nicole Levine is a seasoned entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Aloisia Beauty, as well as the Co-Owner of Good Carma Studio, an innovative agency known for building meaningful connections between brands, celebrities, and consumers. With expertise in influencer management and brand licensing negotiation, Nicole ensures that every product aligns perfectly with brand identity and meets the highest quality standards.


A graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a BS in Consumer Affairs & Business, Nicole brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics to her role. At Aloisia Beauty, she drives growth through strategic product development and partnerships, ensuring the brand stays true to its mission of providing clean, effective skincare.


As a mom to two boys, Nicole is passionate about balancing her career with family life, and her commitment to self-care and wellness is a reflection of the values she instills at home. Her personal and professional experiences fuel her dedication to creating skincare products that empower others to feel confident in their own skin.

Chrissy Kling is a dynamic entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Aloisia Beauty, as well as the Co-Owner of Good Carma Studio, a renowned agency specializing in building strong connections between brands, celebrities, and consumers. With extensive experience in fashion, celebrity engagement, wellness, and marketing, Chrissy has spent years cultivating strategic partnerships and increasing brand visibility in competitive markets.


A graduate of AIU with a BA in Fashion Marketing, Chrissy expertly crafts comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for Aloisia Beauty. Her ability to leverage an expansive network and collaborative approach has been key to the brand’s growth and consumer engagement. Her vision, leadership and strategic thinking continue to propel Aloisia Beauty forward in the skincare industry.


As a mom of two, Chrissy balances her successful career with family life, and her passion for wellness and self-care shines through both at home and in the business.
