Los Angeles, CA (September 9, 2025) - AETHER Apparel, the design-driven outerwear brand known for merging technical innovation with understated style, announces the arrival of its Fall/Winter 2025 Collection, with select styles now available online and in stores. The collection reaffirms AETHER’s position at the intersection of high-performance function and refined urban design, offering pieces built for both alpine pursuits and everyday city wear.
With colder months ahead, this season’s designs reflect the duality at the heart of AETHER: apparel and accessories that withstand nature’s extremes while maintaining timeless silhouettes. Whether skiing fresh powder, navigating a brisk city commute, or escaping to the mountains for the weekend, the collection’s technical fabrics and thoughtful detailing embody the brand’s philosophy of uniting function and form in pieces designed to move seamlessly between the elements and everyday life. This new collection features over a dozen all-new garments joined by several returning best-sellers now being offered in new color options.
“With our new Fall/Winter collection, we leaned into the idea of city living without ever sacrificing the technical performance AETHER is known for. Each piece is designed to feel at home on the streets of New York or any major city while still delivering the functionality to handle unexpected weather at a moment’s notice,” said Jonah Smith, Co-Founder of AETHER.
AETHER’s all-new men’s styles include the Prospect Packable Down Jacket, a highly calculated layer offering the perfect balance of mobility and protection from the cold. Just as conducive to use as a standalone jacket as it is a mid-layer for snow sports or winter hiking, the Prospect is insulated with 800-fill power RENU goose down at the sleeves and main body, plus features PrimaLoft® Gold everywhere else.
Crafted from a soft cotton-twill blanket construction, the all-new Pioneer Heavyweight Button-Down is an elevated, modern-day take on a daily-wear and workwear staple that strikes the perfect balance of comfort and utility. With its luxe fabric and plethora of functional design details, including a hidden sunglasses pocket, the Pioneer Heavyweight Button-Down sees AETHER apply its signature spin to a timeless men’s wardrobe essential.
Made from a matte woven fabric, the Alto Jacket 2.0 is AETHER’s more contemporary interpretation of a classic English quilted jacket. Adding ample warmth without the bulk is 100-gram PrimaLoft® GOLD fill across the body along with 133-gram PrimaLoft® GOLD insulation at the collar. This lightly-updated, returning best-seller is now available in a new Forest Green color option with a contrasting orange liner.
Additionally, AETHER has brought back the all-time best-selling Storm All-Weather Jacket, a dynamic, featherweight windbreaker that uses a high-density three-layer membrane fabric to keep you cool and dry, whatever the weather. Available in new color options, the Storm packs away into its own carry pouch when the clouds clear and the sun comes out.
AETHER’s new men’s styles also include the all-new military-inspired Benson Full-Zip Sweater and the Sutherlin Full-Zip and Half-Zip Fleece performance mid-layers.
The women’s collection debuts the new W Launch Full-Zip Jacket, a hoodless, modernized take on the original Launch Jacket with a revised fit and the same ample protection from the elements. Equipped with a fully-lined interior, the jacket’s shell consists of a pre-baffled stretch ripstop fabric, making this transitional piece incredibly warm while still being lightweight and achieving a flattering silhouette.
The all-new Mailen Oversized Vest is a uniquely styled piece of outerwear that lends itself just as well to fall and winter use as it does chilly summer nights. Sporting AETHER’s signature triangle quilting pattern for the body and an un-quilted, three-piece insulated hood, the Mailen features a lightweight taffeta shell that’s insulated throughout.
The new women’s styles for AETHER’s Fall/Winter 2025 Collection also include the ultra-soft Leigh Cashmere Crew Neck Sweater and the ski-focused, inset scarf-collared Lexington Sweater.
Over the coming weeks, AETHER will continue unveiling new offerings from its Fall/Winter 2025 Collection.
