About
Aerchitect is a functional fragrance brand creating a new category at the intersection of scent science and nervous system regulation. Where mainstream wellness swings between pharmaceutical intervention and time-intensive ritual, Aerchitect occupies the missing middle — tools that work in the moment, without asking you to fix yourself first.
The brand's guiding premise — "Fix Nothing. You aren't broken. You just need to breathe." — is a direct rejection of self-optimization culture. Aerchitect's nervous system regulation mists are formulated for the way people actually live: overstimulated, moving between states, needing support that meets them there. Scent is the only sense with a direct pathway to the limbic system; the CALM, FOCUS, and GROUND mist line is built around that mechanism — functional, evidence-informed, and without the wellness theater.
Founding Story
Aerchitect was founded by Sarah Phillips, a brand strategist with 20+ years of experience across fashion, consumer goods, and startups. The brand began with a structural observation, not a personal crisis: the wellness industry had built an entire economy around the premise that nervous system dysregulation is a lifestyle problem — solvable with longer routines, better habits, more intention. Phillips wasn't buying it.
The category gap she identified wasn't product-level, it was philosophical. Scent has a direct neurological pathway to the limbic system, making it one of the fastest-acting tools for shifting physiological state. That mechanism was well-documented. What didn't exist was a brand built around it without the optimization theater: no lengthy rituals, no over-optimization required. Aerchitect was built to function as nervous system infrastructure: something you reach for, not something you become.
