Press Release Guidelines

Please use the below recommended press release template when compiling your brand's news announcement.


Announcement Type:
This is where you can note exactly what type of news you’re sharing (i.e. New Launch, Business/Funding News, etc.).


Date:
Please note the date that you would like your press release to be published live on our site, or the date in which it was announced to the public.


Headline:
Your headline should give the reader a snapshot of the most important aspects of your press release, but we recommend that you keep it to 10 words or less.


Sub-Headline:
Use your sub-headline to provide a bit more context for the press release, but ensure that you keep it to just one sentence.


Main Image:
Select an image that directly relates to the topic of your press release. The image size should be a minimum of 2400x2400px. If you have any questions about image sizing for press releases or profiles, please reach out.


Lead Paragraph:
Your lead paragraph should include all of the key aspects of your news (who, what, where, when, why).


Support Paragraph:
The second and third paragraphs of your press release should contain secondary and supporting information. This is also a great place to incorporate a quote from the company CEO or founder.


Closing Paragraph:
This should close out the release and reiterate any key points highlighted in the first paragraph (i.e. new launch availability and purchasing information).
