Should you feel the same, you're in luck — at least on the fashion front. Italian-style dressing (not to be confused with the beloved salad condiment) is one of the top trends right now, and is essentially a love letter to elevated floral prints, anything that includes a lemon, and more signatures. We're not sure when or why our favorite fashion houses and stores decided to all in on the super-specific aesthetic the internet has affectionately labeled Amalfi Coast dressing, but we won't complain. Roses are its national flower. Sunflowers are native to Italy, and poppies are nicknamed “Tuscan Poppies,” as the Tuscan soil and climate are considered ideal for growing these blooms. So much of Italian art centers around the country’s breathtaking florals; you’ll find a representation of these impressive plants in everything from paintings to Italian tiles.
