Though we firmly believe in finding a reason to pop open a bottle of bubbly on the daily, indulging in a sip (or more) of sparkling wine over the holidays is the ultimate luxurious comfort.

Now, thanks to actress Cameron Diaz and WhoWhatWear cofounder Katherine Power, a new, chic sparkling wine courtesy of their wine brand, Avaline, is making its way to dinner tables this season. The offering, an effervescent varietal from Spain, joins their trio of clean wines released this year, including a dry Spanish white, a crisp French rosé, and an earthy red.

"We wanted to create a refreshing, dry sparkling wine that can be enjoyed anywhere, whether you're trying a new recipe in the kitchen or toasting to ring in the New Year!" Diaz exclusively tells BAZAAR.com in a statement. "The world looks different today, but Avaline Sparkling is perfect for the joys in life worth celebrating, big or small."

Avaline's new sparkling wine embodies the brand's no-nonsense approach toward crafting clean, crowd-pleasing wines. Made transparently with a blend of organic Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes, it comes from the multigenerational Raventós i Blanc winery from Penedès, Spain. The Raventos family, who specialize in sparkling wines, have been crafting wine since 1497 and work to promote the importance of biodiversity and sustainability through their winemaking.

"We are honored to be working with one of the best sparkling wine producers in Spain in order to bring this delicious wine to the Avaline community. It's made in the traditional method, resulting in the perfect bubble, and aged 18 months, giving it a silky mouthfeel," says Power. "Like our white, rosé, and red, Avaline Sparking allows us to continue our commitment to producing clean wines and making them accessible to the consumer who seeks transparency in their wine."

Avaline Sparkling is available now online at wine.com.
