Private training allows you to curate your[ness] more specifically with the ability to choose your trainer, specify your music, design your own training schedule and work on your individual goals. Private training is suggested for those who don’t feel ready to take on a class or want more of a challenge. It is also highly recommended for those new to fitness or returning to fitness after an injury. $175 per private.
